POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to our staff and are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellation. Frequently, cancellations result in the client being unable to make an appointment online. The client has to walk in instead.
PUNCTUALLY
We allow a 10-minute grace period If you are late for an appointment, please call or text the store direct number with your name to hold your appointment. While we always do our best to be on time, there will be circumstances where your service providers are
behind. Please allow time for your service with this in mind.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
Minors under 18 need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian or have written consent for spa treatments. For safety reasons, children under 8 years old who are not receiving services will not be permitted in the spa.

To provide you and others with a tranquil environment, we appreciate you volume down your phone and lowering your voice.
GRATUITIES
If you are happy with the services provided, gratuities are greatly appreciated and go directly to your technician. For your convenience, there will be an ATM on site.
