Your appointments are very important to our staff, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore. We respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation. Frequent cancellations may result in being unable to make an appointment online. The client has to walk in instead.

We allow a 10 minute grace period. If you are late for an appointment, please call or text the store's direct number with your name to hold your appointment. While we always do our best to be on time, there will be circumstances where your service providers are behind. Please allow time for your service with this in mind

Minors under 18 must be accompanied by or have written consent from a parent or guardian for spa treatments. Children under 8 years old who are not receiving service will not be allowed in the spa for their safety and the safety of others.
